CELEBRATING SUCCESS | THE FCCI 2024 ANNUAL REPORT
Celebrating the Success of Charitable Giving in our Communities
Each dollar and every hour demonstrate how FCCI Cares
FCCI has been dedicated to serving its communities since 1959. The company’s eighth pillar is Charitable Giving, and our core value of Service includes giving back to those in need.
Charitable giving and volunteerism are woven into the fabric of FCCI’s business and culture. Each year, teammates throughout Florida and in all the regions where we do business, donate money, organize fundraisers, participate in events and volunteer for the common good. Every selfless act of generosity or kindness counts, leading to successful outcomes for those who need our help the most.
In 2024, thanks to our generous teammates, agency partners, and vendors, a total of $95,000 was raised for the FCCI Charitable Foundation. $75,000 went to support child and adult disability services, and $20,000 went to support hurricane disaster relief in Florida and North Carolina.

The FCCI Charitable Foundation
FCCI Cares is powered by the FCCI Charitable Foundation which was started in 2019 and is administered by the Gulf Coast Community Foundation. Through the foundation, 99 cents of every dollar is maximized and dedicated to supporting charitable organizations in all states were FCCI conducts business. In addition to fundraising events during the year, teammates are able to make contributions through payroll deductions. Over the last few years, funds were distributed to organizations in the areas of food insecurity, foster care, homelessness, and disaster relief.
Volunteering With Purpose
At the heart of community outreach is employee volunteerism. Annually, each FCCI teammate is given eight hours of paid volunteer time to serve at the charity of their choice. In 2024, teammates logged over 2,100 volunteer hours of “sweat equity” at many community organizations across our five regions. Here’s a sample of some of the places where FCCI teammates volunteered or donated in-kind goods:
  • Florida: All Faiths Food Bank, A Million Thanks, Brian Jordan Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Manatee County/The Big Bank Theory, Second Harvest Food Bank, The Salvation Army, and The Twig

A Pillar of Protection
FCCI is in business to protect other businesses. As a responsible neighbor and corporate citizen, that protection extends to helping those less fortunate. We recognize and thank everyone who contributed to these worthy causes and kept FCCI a pillar of strength for charitable giving.
