We chose Creating Connections as the 2021 Annual Report theme for many reasons. The most important of which is the value we place on the relationships we share with our agents, policyholders, teammates and the communities where we live and work. At the center of our interactions is FCCI’s continual legacy of trust. The interlocking circles represent the synergies that are generated with one another. Our customers rely on our reputation and the promise that we’ll be there when they need us most. With each engagement we strive to deliver exceptional service and care so together we thrive. When ‘we do what we say we’ll do,’ the circles become stronger and new rings are formed. Creating Connections reflects FCCI’s perpetual commitment to put people first – today, and for many more years to come.
